Class: Accessing Disabled Pleasure

July 19th at 1 pm EST as part of the Erotic Intimacy Pleasure Embodied Virtual Festival (register here).

Just like non-disabled people, many or most people with disabilities have sexual and sensual desires that can range from sharing light touch to practicing BDSM. It’s common for people who are non-disabled to think of disabled people as asexual, to be intimidated by the thought of people with disabilities being sexual, and to disregard the possibility of being physically intimate with a disabled person. In the United States, 1 in 4 people live with a disability, so that’s a lot of people to disregard!

Now more than ever before, disabled people are engaging with their sexuality in public forums. Whether via a class, a dating app, a party, or a lifestyle convention, non-disabled people are very likely to meet someone with a disability. Many people with disabilities are open to sharing intimacy with non-disabled people — and that might be with you!

If you’d like to learn better practices for communicating with potential partners who have disabilities, join Caz, a multiply disabled sex educator, for Accessing Disabled Pleasure.

Class: Making Your Presentations More Accessible

July 21st at 8 pm EST. Register here.

Feel like your events or work should be more accessible to more people?

Improving accessibility may seem like adding on more work and sometimes we might feel this additional work isn’t needed. But in order to be more inclusive, it is very needed!

Everyone has different access needs. This class teaches how to create presentations that accommodate access needs for a variety of disabilities.

Join me to learn how to make your presentations more accessible!

Class: Playing It Safe(r): Better Practices for Technological Security

July 28th at 8 pm EST. Register here.

Sex toy maker or seller? Kinkster? Sex educator? Harm reduction worker? Nude photographer? User of a dating app? Tantric bodyworker? Sex worker of any sort? Porn studio? Or maybe you just like to consensually send nudes of your of-legal-age self to someone who is also of legal age?

Now that FOSTA (States and Victims to Fight Online Sex Trafficking Act) and CLOUD (Clarifying Lawful Overseas Use of Data Act) have passed and two new related Acts are pending in the House of Representatives (EARN IT – Eliminating Abusive and Rampant Neglect of Interactive Technologies and LAED – Lawful Access To Encrypted Data), are you doing enough to protect yourself and your data?

I’ll be teaching better practices for technological safety to help keep you and your data as law-abiding and secure as currently possible when you use phone carrier networks and the internet.

Topics will include hosting your own website, using browsers to access the internet, messaging services, bitcoin, and more.
