- Do not do things to aggravate your condition, such as live.
- Do not see stupid rheumatologists.
- Do not abuse your sleeping pills.
- Do not go back to physical therapy, no matter how badly you hurt.
- Do not fuck up.
- Do be more of a pain in the ass with social services so that you will finally get Medicaid.
- Do find a psychiatrist that is covered by Medicaid.
- Stop fucking up.
